Change LengthHydro unit

After discussion, it seems that it would be better to change the unit of LengthHydro from [m] to [km].

In this case, it is necessary to modify:

• code of RunModel_Lag()
• man of CreateInputsModel()
• man (example) of RunModel_Lag()
• vignette "sd_model"
• some tests
