Allow the use of inconsistent time series in PE_Oudin

The PREMHYCE project uses the function mixing time series in order to calculate PET more efficiently over a large dataset. In order not to block the use of the function, the date check can return a warning message instead of an error message, although I think this is not a very good idea...

Cases:

• dates are not sorted
• dates are missing
• dates are duplicated
