Fix the use of the 'log_scale ' argument in 'plot.CalGR' and 'plot.SimGR'

As airGR::plot.OutputsModel() is called without the use o the ... argument in plot.CalGR and plot.SimGR, these functions do not return anymore the logarithm streamflow.
