Displaying river names on the chart

It would be desirable to display the "true" names of the rivers (article, uppercase, accents, etc.) on the plot. In addition, if it is possible to write the names at an angle, this will allow more space to draw the graph.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
