The gonad weight was computed in R studio and corresponded to the mean gonad weight of males and females reprorted in Bruch data base. So, there was no relationship between the weight in GR3D and the gonad weight from Bruch.

WT pre spawning was calculated using weight-size relationship from Taverny. Here I replace the WT by the mean WT computed from the fishes caught at Bruch.

From now, gametes contribution was estimated as follows: gametes = (totalWeightPre - totalWeightPost) implicitly suggesting that the weight loss was only due to gametes expulsion. However, during spawning, there is also a somatic weigh loss. So, we cannot approximated the gamete inputs like that. So, we estimated the gamete contribution as follows: gametes = totalGonadWeightPre- totalGonadWeightPost which provide us the weighf of spawned gametes.
