MacroRugo: Changer Cd0 pour Cx et ajuster Cd0 aux données expérimentales

#283 (closed) implies a change in C_{d0} value.

For avoiding confusion for the user, we introduce an intermediate C_x to replace it with theoretical values 1 and 2 and calculate C_{d0} from experimental results.
