Modify test file and safran_extraction method in Watershed accordingly with the changes in Hydri_Climatic_flux class

change some methods name to extract from the filename or directly from the shapefile loaded in geopandas

Add an option to compute signature analysis (by default compute discharge based and climatic_discharge_based signatures)
