Management of missing values in input and output of Fortran codes

As written by @francois.bourgin, the following lines slow down a lot the RunModel_*() functions (especially if the chronicles are long). #98 (comment 34812)

By removing the use of the round() function, the functions arec speeded up. #98 (comment 34831)
