Cleaning of the Fortran codes
I just cleant a bit the Fortran codes. All comments starting with a C were changed to a !.
I also corrected some spelling mistakes and translated some French words.
Olivier, please confirm it is ok and it compiles before I add some documentation in the Fortran files.
