Calibration on discontinuous periods

Many people have questions about how to calibrate the model on discontinuous periods. Most of the time they think that the IndPeriod_Run argument of the CreateRunOptions() function should be used, while the BoolCrit argument of the CreateInputsCrit() function should be used instead.

The manual of the CreateRunOptions() function should probably be improved to refer to that. In the Details part, it should be explained that to keep the continuity of the internal model states, IndPeriod_Run must also be continuous.
