Example of RunModel_Lag to improve

While LengthHydro is supposed to be in m (see help of CreateInputsModel), the example of Runmodel_Lag gives a value of 150 km.

In addition, I don't see any difference in the result when I multiply the Lag parameter by 1000. Is that normal?
