Manage updated and perturbed variables roles

The vignette has not been updated with the new argument names (StateEnKF StatePert) and behaviors. So the package does not pass the CRAN checks. We nee to update codes and explanations.

In addition, in the manual, it's not clear to understand what happens when StateEnKF and/or StatePert = "UH" in comparison with "UH1", "UH2" and/or c("UH1", "UH2").
