Update the CAMELS-FR reference

At the moment, the package doc refers to an IAHS paper. It should (could?) refer to the actual CAMELS-FR paper in ESSD. MAybe double check whether all airGRdatasets catchments are in the CAMELS-FR dataset?

The airGRteaching paper should also be updated.
