since `evalhyd-cpp` headers are now found, the `xtensor-r` headers should be reachable without the need for `r-xtensor` as well since they are installed in the same directory in the conda env if this works, this would allow to remove the dependency on the R lib that may be installed from the CRAN even though it does not use the latest versions on the xtensor stack
