Test SIC execution into a Wine environment

Tasks:

• find a wine docker image
• download SIC (with a predefined web key (use CI hidden variables for the URL download)
• test edisic execution (geometry importation, initial conditions import)
• test Talweg, Fluvia, Sirene
• implement package tests running SIC in the CI
