WT pre spawning was calculated using weight-size relationship from
Taverny.
Here I replace the WT by the mean WT computed from the fishes caught at
Bruch.

From now, gametes contribution was estimated as follows:
gametes = (totalWeightPre - totalWeightPost) implicitly
suggesting  that the weight loss was only due to gametes expulsion.
However, during spawning, there is also a somatic weigh loss. So, we
cannot approximated the gamete inputs like that.
So, we estimated the gamete contribution as follows:

gametes = totalGonadWeightPre- totalGonadWeightPost which provide us the
weighf of spawned gametes.

Excretion inputs was added  for total nutrient import computation
A gamete double was also created for a better differenciation of each
source contribution

There is still an error on quantification of fluxes for post spawners

FishNutrient Influx(N,P) for death before reproduction, death after reproduction and survival after reproduction
