Properly separating singleValue and currentValue concepts 

only write to currentValue during calculation
Fix incorrect use of isDefined in SectionCirc
isDefined: protection against empty result
.v is now held by ParamDefinition and not ParamValues
updated tests
adapted value mode checks to new local .v
