- fichier de conf des calculettes : introduction d'une notion de dépendance...

- fichier de conf des calculettes : introduction d'une notion de dépendance (dep_value, dep_exist) entre éléments du formulaire (input, select, fieldset)
- modif du fichier de conf de Lechapt-Calmon et création de fichiers de conf pour toutes les calculettes suivant ce principe de dépendance
