Output of the function getAllBoundsParamCaNmod
Encore une petite question pour toi Hilaire:
I made a simple model with one species and one flux, over 40y (template attached). when trying to get the bounds of fluxes and biomass, using the getAllBoundsParamCaNmod function, I get unexpected results (see furter below).
- The population biomass bounds are only given for 1 year (not the whole series).
- All lower bounds should be at minimum '0' for the fluxes and at minimum the 'refuge biomass' (set to 0.01) for the population, but this is not the case.
- All the upper bounds should be at most 100 for feeding, given that this is a constraint provided in the template, but this is not the case.
