- fix issue with IniStates in RunModel_Lag (See HYCAR-Hydro/airgr#102 and HYCAR-Hydro/airgr#104)
- add GRiwrm attributes in GRiwrmInputsModel object and griwrm variable in Supervisor environment
- debug RunModel.Supervisor, doSupervision and  functions called by doSupervision
