Ungauged node - CreateGRiwrm: Search donor through Diversion if not available by natural network

In this following case, CreateGRiwrm stop with the following error message:

Error in FUN(X[[i]], ...) : 
  No Gauged node found downstream the node '54001'

We should allow CreateGRiwrm to search the donor through a Diversion if it exists.
