Publish documentation package on github with github workflow

Use same method as https://github.com/inrae/hubeau/blob/master/.github/workflows/pkgdown.yaml

However, one needs to manage the bug #65 (closed) related to https://github.com/r-lib/roxygen2/issues/906 in which roxygen malform documentation of S3 methods using argument of class function.
