Ungauged node cluster: improve outsider gauged node detection

In a cluster of ungauged node, it is not possible to have a node that should be calibrated.

• It must have a warning at CreateGRiwrm step indicating that a gauged node is inside an ungauged cluster and that its parameters should be fixed.
• It must have an clear error at Calibration step if the parameter of the gauged node are not fixed
