RunModel.Supervision: crashes when running without warm-up period

In RunModel.Supervision the warm-up period is run as a run period. IndPeriod_Run is equal to zero and its length is used to dimension outputs of RunModel_Lag, so it produces one outputs with NA.

Downstream nodes then crashes because of NAs in upstream flows.
