Add node of type "direct flow" in order to inject or withdraw flows into the model

The current version of airGR::RunModel cannot handle upstream flows not related to a surface because all flows are in mm / time step.

We can here override airGR::RunModel to handle this type of upstream flows and propose in the end to migrate this modification into airGR if it is still coherent with airGR specifications.
