CreateInputsCrit: transfo is mandatory for parameter regularisation

Add fatal error if the AprioriIds is provided but not the transfo one.

The reason is that default values of transfo are different between classical InputsCrit (tranfo = "") and the Lavenne one (tranfo = "sqrt").
