ConvertMeteoSD: crash with upstream nodes with no area

A downstream node containing an upstream node with an area defined with NA crashes the function ConvertMeteoSD.

The example below induces the following error:

Precip <- ConvertMeteoSD(griwrmV04, PrecipTot)
Error in meteo[, c(x, upperIDs), drop = FALSE] : subscript out of bounds
