VGEST running automation

Folder structure: irmara and vgest are located at the same level.

Inputs:

• vgest in a folder at the same level as irmara
• naturalised dataflow in the data vgest folder
• threshold in the inst/seine folder of irmara

Specification:

• write the BATCH file and the objective file and run vgest
• read and store the VOBJ output files
• loop on stations and objective to store all VOBJ files in separated folder
