- fix passing sequence with new process_commands
- update process_commands as json.loads() parse recursively
- update index.html pseudo-section (+ hover info)

Candidate version of OhmPi with message logging to mqtt and remote control via mqtt or TCP for board V2

Renames webserver.py as mqtt_interface.py. Sets http_interface.py as default in config. Cleans commented lines...
