Candidate version of OhmPi with message logging to mqtt and remote control via mqtt or TCP for board V2

the hardware parameters have been remove from the json file and put back in the may code. the export path is now an absolute path.

the append_and_save function has been modified because it is not possible to use the feather binary format on an arm architecture. Move to a simple csv file for saving #5
