inefficient initial conditions created by Pamhyr2 and internal IC option of mage
The initial conditions created in Pamhyr2 often fail to make the computations start using mage8. I don't know why but sadly, most often ticking Y (use internal initial conditions of Mage) in numerical paremeters is more efficient. Could this be improved?
Especially, I think that we should be able to define IC based on water depth AND to have a constant discharge all along the reach. I don't understand why discharge varies and how it is computed, in such a case? Sometimes, the easiest IC is to fill the reach with still water (zero discharge) that will evacuate.
Anyway, this issue of wrong initial conditions has always been a big trouble for end-users of Mage.
