Window duplication prohibition mechanism

The current window duplication prohibition mechanism can be problematic in some cases. We need to find a better solution.

• Use window hash as window ID
• Use key word in window title (ex: study=<study_name> - reach=<reach_name>)
• Count word occurrence into window title
