perf: distinguish Rn similarity matrix vs Rn similarity model and create a new Fortran interface

It can now use .Call instead of .Fortran. The computation time of the Rn similarity matrix is
greatly reduced by calling a Fortran subroutine and parallelising with OpenMP.
